P3C Ltd was formed in 2013 by Adrian Smith-Hayes. Before establishing the company Adrian spent 23 years of his career in the British Armed Forces before moving over to a consultancy practice. Through his time in the services and becoming a key player within UK Special Forces, Adrian broadened his leadership skills, managing logistics and engineering projects and operating in various environments around the globe. Through his extensive experience, Adrian can apply his leadership and management skills, coupled with his professional qualifications to successfully deliver projects and programs on behalf of his clients.
