P3C Ltd was founded in 2013 by Adrian Smith‑Hayes. Before establishing the company, Adrian served 23 years in the British Armed Forces, later becoming a key member of UK Special Forces. Throughout his military career, he developed exceptional leadership capability, managing complex logistics and engineering projects and operating in demanding environments across the globe. This extensive experience, combined with his professional qualifications, enables Adrian to apply robust leadership and programme management expertise to successfully deliver projects on behalf of his clients.
